Unfortunately, we strictly have  store credit only for any trade ins.  But, we suggest more or much more credits than other stores.    

We do have 99.9% of new releases on time for midnight sales.

We are selling mostly new and used Video Games. We also sell mostly new game systems, accessories and some dvds.    

Refurbished Games is used games in mint condition. 

We have scratch removal machines and scratch should be removed on any used game before placing it on the shelves.

Our refurbished games guarantee the condition though prices are lower than other stores.

We found a lot of criminals come to our store to cash their stolen items when we had that option.  They actually stole from us as well while they were in Cyb Knight.

Besides, cash out option can damage any store's finance a lot.  That's why Gamestop suggest such low amount of cash and credit  even for pricey games.

Rather than doing that, CybKnight decided to focus on more  Store credit only.  We found we attract more gamers instead of criminals that way.

Take Roselle rd exit from Elgin Ohare Way and go to North. 

Around 0.5  mile up, you will see Firestone (left) and Jewel Osco (right).  That's Roselle & Wise.   

Unfortunately, we are not hiring anyone right now.

Quiet honestly, we won't be able to hire anyone for a while not only because of current economy condition (2009), but because retail is getting competitive.
